About Us
Janeen Zook, President / CEO
Janeen began her career as a paralegal specializing in Contract and Federal Law where she worked with three different Law Firms in Southern California over a ten year period during and following her studies at California State University, Long Beach.
After starting her family, Janeen transitioned into Sales and Marketing with Marriott as Director of Sales, Marketing and Event Management at the Norwalk Marriott and the Torrance Marriott, in the South Bay of Los Angeles, where she worked between the various Marriott Hotels for over 15 years.

In 2007 Janeen opened her own business providing services Globally, with Janeen LLC, dba Trattativa Meeting & Event Solutions International.
With a diverse portfolio of clients and accounts, Janeen focuses on site selection, contract negotiations and providing solutions which enable her clients to increase their own productivity while utilizing her knowledge and expertise. The scope of work provided and available has grown over the years and now includes Destination Management Services along with all phases of meeting and event planning and management. Janeen has the proven track record to handle multiple meetings, structure and set up processes, streamline procedures and to hire, manage and maintain a productive environment to effectively handle thousands of meetings on an annual basis with several hundred meetings undergoing searches and contracting at a time; including developing budget and reporting tools along with effective communication within all levels of the organization.
Janeen’s passion for her career is evident in her enthusiasm and is carried over to all aspects of her life. Janeen is married to Daniel and together they have two children. The Zook family resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
